The Tradeston Ex-Servicemens Club was formed in 1922 in the Tradeston area of Glasgow. After a brief stay in the Ibrox area we moved to 6 Beech Avenue – in the quiet, leafy suburb of Dumbreck, in 1962.
Since then the club has gone from strength to strength – with more than 500 active members and counting, the club has various sections such as pensioners, golf, bowlers and a well supported ladies section.
Main Lounge: This suite has a bar, large dancefloor, stage and the capacity to hold 180 people.
Upper Lounge: This lounge has a smaller capacity of 80 people, although it also has a bar situated by the entrance and a reasonably sized dancefloor.
We are also ideally situated – just a stone’s throw from the M8 Motorway / Paisley Rd West and not to mention nearby Dumbreck railway station.
NO NEED FOR MEMBERSHIP
Although we are an Ex-Servicemens club, you do not have to be a member to hire out any of our function suites – anyone is eligible.
OTHER FACILITIES AND INFORMATION
The club has excellent on-site parking facilities, quiet lounge, pool and snooker tables and a men’s bar.
